This file changes the regulations of the [b]Oceanian Champions League[/b], bringing 2 pre-phases and placing 8 groups of 4 teams.
Adding the [b]Ocenia Champions Cup[/b], which would be the second continental division in Oceania.
Adding the [b]OFC Super Cup[/b], which would be the continent's super cup played by the two continental champions.
[u]Vacancy model using the FIFA country ranking.
Tested on FM 22, 23 and 24, can be played with other mods without errors!!![/u]
